Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

All NOCT pieces are handcrafted and carefully packaged before shipment. During periods of high demand or limited releases, additional processing time may be required.

We currently ship to selected international regions including the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

NOCT is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
