FILES 02 — Material

Why plaster, not concrete.

Material decides what remains.

01 — Architectural Plaster

We do not use concrete.

We use high-strength architectural plaster.

Hard enough to feel solid.

Precise enough to preserve details.

It captures sharper edges,

quieter surfaces,

and a level of control concrete rarely allows.

Each object begins soft—

then becomes permanent.

02 — Hand Mixed, Hand Finished

Every batch is mixed by hand.

Every pour behaves differently.

Density changes.

Temperature changes.

Time changes.

That is why no two surfaces are exactly the same.

Not imperfections.

Just evidence that it was made.

03 — Surface of Time

Every piece is finished to feel shaped by time.

Not polished.

Not industrial.

Something between an architectural model,

museum plaster,

and an artifact recovered from the future.

We chose plaster

because details deserve precision.
